The Clinic does not guarantee specific medical outcomes.

If recommended, you may receive an at-home sleep testing device.

By using the device, you agree to: • Follow all instructions provided • Use the device only for its intended purpose • Return equipment if required

Diagnostic results are reviewed by licensed sleep physicians who will provide appropriate recommendations.

Ontario Patients Where applicable, services may be covered by OHIP in accordance with provincial guidelines. Coverage eligibility is determined based on applicable regulations.

Patients Outside Ontario Consultations for patients outside Ontario require secure payment via Stripe before scheduling. Fees will be clearly disclosed prior to payment.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. The Clinic does not store full credit card information.

Refund policies, if applicable, will be disclosed at time of payment.

All information submitted through our website, intake forms, and consultations is handled securely and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
